Marco Bocca – CEO Salil
Our History
“Salil (Società azionaria latte igienico legnano) started the production of dairy products in Legnano in 1928 from the intuition of a far-sighted farmer and breeder who saw the possibility of making his products available to an increasing number of consumers and is an example of an Italian family business.
Over the years, building on the know-how gained from production and sales activities, a trading division was created, which is still focused on sourcing raw materials from major international markets.
After 20 years of experience in multinational companies, the third generation of the family has created a new strategic division to facilitate interconnections between FMCG manufacturers and the various sales channels, and vice versa.
We work in close synergy with our clients in the direct management of countries and organisations to foster their development both domestically and internationally, and/or support them in the process of renewing and adapting their sales force to changing times, in Italy and abroad, by going into the field with them, providing innovative tools and models through one-to-one coaching.
The objective is to increase effectiveness and grip on markets through the acquisition of new skills.”
